Just to let you know, my Stampin' Up! demonstrator website will be down until after the new catalog comes out in July. This website however will be updated regularly. We are quickly coming closer to saying good-bye to some of our old favorites. The availablitiy of the retiring colors will not be guaranteed after may 31st. I do want to let you know Sage Shadow in 12 x 12 is no longer avaialable so it looks like things may be gone before the end of the month. Much of the retiring merchandise is on back order as well. I have not posted any new card designs in a while and I have some beautiful one's I have been meaning to. The first is from a recent card swap I participated in. I made 40 of them! Supplies: Stamp set: Flower Fancy; Great Friend cardstock: kraft, basic black, whisper white, and real red dsp: bashful blue patterns ink: basic black, certainly celery accessories: real red and yo yo yellow markers, black gingham ribbon, and scallop trim edge punch Here are two we did at my last Open House. These feature products from our latest mini catalog. This and That

If you have checked my blog recently you will have noticed that I have changed colors and backgrounds quite a bit. Well I have been playing with the My Digital Studio and really enjoying all it has to offer. So enjoy my computer creativity. I did want to remind everyone about the Stampin' Up! Clearance rack. I was browsing over there today and there are some really great deals on some of my favorite retired products. I also noticed there were some corduroy buttons in Pacific Blue and Baja Breeze, both of which will be returning in July. BIG NEWS is here!

I am so excited to bring you the latest news from Stampin' Up! They have introduced a Color Renovation! We will have to say good bye to some of our favorites but we are getting 5 NEW colors and they are bringing back 8 of our favorite In Colors to make up 4 new Color Collections. Brights Collection, Neutrals Collection, Regals Collection and Subtles Collection In addition we will still be getting 5 New In Colors every year and they will be available 2 years at a time. We talked and SU! listened. I am so excited about the beautiful new colors and the opportunity to play with the old ones again. Be sure you come to my May 8th Open House to see the new colors for yourself! There is still time to stock up on re-inkers and cardstock in your favorites before they retire June 30th, so enjoy them just a bit longer. Brayered Masking

I have been a busy stamper lately, and loving it I might add. I taught a new technique this past week to my stampin' club and I just love the way it turned out. I am calling this Brayered Masking as I don't know what else it is called. I haven't seen it anywhere yet and it did come from a mistake. I was trying out another technique and this is what happened when I couldn't master that one ;). I plan on using this technique a lot, as well as this beautiful sneek peak stamp set I can't seem to put down. So here is the sample of the card. I am also going to attempt my first tutorial tomorrow, so come back tomorrow for directions on how you can make this fabulous card. Yay!
