Washi Shaker Card

Image
This card was so easy and fun to do. We learned to make these easy shaker cards at convention this year. You simply lay a piece of acetate over a piece of cardstock and adhere the two together using washi tape. Once you have three sides put together drop in punched "confetti" pieces. Seal the fourth side and you have your shaker, if you put too much confetti in,it may not shake as well. Attach it to your card however you like. I love it! It is so much fun. I love the washi tape and the Epic Day dsp, the colors are my personal favorites so what is not to love? Pool Party, Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral, Gumball Green and Basic Gray, the colors are beautiful together. I made a few cards for my last stamp club meeting and wated to share them with you today. The first card features the washi tape. It is so simple to use, you just decide how much you need and rip it off. It is very forgiving too if you attach it to your card a little crooked. You just carefully lift it off and start again.
