Yes, it is that time of year again! The time of year when we get FREE stuff from SU!. Now through March 31st you will get a free stamp set, ribbon or paper from the SAB mini catalog for each $50 in catalog merchandise you spend. In addition to this you can get another free item when you host an at home workshop. There are four stamp sets, one package of designer series paper(dsp), and a ribbon bundle to choose from. The paper is an excellent deal as it has 16 sheets of dsp as opposed to the regular 12. The ribbon bundle contains one 5 yd roll of so saffron 3/8" grossgrain ribbon and one 5 yd roll of certainly celery 3/8" soft twill ribbon. Both are gorgeous by the way.
I have uploaded two samples using 3 items from the SAB mini catalog. I chose these because they all coordinate with each other and I love it when everything matches. I used the Polka Dot Punches stamp set, the Delicate Dots dsp, and the ribbon. The main images on both cards were stamped in whisper white craft ink and embossed in white as well, this always gives the white added pop. Each card also has a filigree designer brad to give it some bling.

I really like stamping the strawberries onto petal pink card stock in the poppy parade ink. The punch makes it so easy to make a few strawberries at a time. Freshly Made Sketch & New Products

     I needed to get my creative juices flowing so I went in search of a new sketch. I stumbled across this blog Freshly Made Sketches , their sketches are right up my alley, I love their clean and simple style. Usually, I just jot down the sketch and go along my merry way. But this time I decided to actually play along.      I also happened to get my box of NEW Stampin' Up! goodies this week so I have incorporated those as well. Being a SU! demo I get to order a few items from the upcoming idea book and catalog. So I ordered a set of the new In Colors and a couple of the new colors being introduced.      Well, here is the Freshly Made Sketch #84, FMS84, and my first ever challenge version of it. I used three new colors Strawberry Slush, Baked Brown Sugar and the re-introduced Soft Sky. The fluffy flower is made from the Creped Filter Paper, just $2.95 a package.
