Baby Blossom Tent Card

Here is a fun fold called a tent card. The card featured the Baby Blossoms stamp set and Springtime Vintage designer series paper. The center is cut out using the top note die. You could easily use the extra large circle or scallop punches as well. The card base measures 4.5" x 10", scored at 5". The bottom is connected by another piece of cardsock measuring 4.25" x 4", scored at 1", 2", and 3" vertically. This bottom portion is accordian folded and glued to the inside bottom of the card, allowing it to stand. And the front appears as a window.

Stamps: Baby Blossoms
Paper: baja breeze, confetti vanilla, not quite navy and very vanilla cardstock; springtime vintage designer series paper
Ink: not quite navy, baja breeze, crumb cake and pear pizzazz
Accessories: baja breeze seam binding, decorative label punch, dotted scallop ribbon punch and the top note die

Loving this fresh adorable bundle, Sweet Strawberry. It’s easy to create a dimensional look and the cards are perfect for the season. I really like stamping the strawberries onto petal pink card stock in the poppy parade ink. The punch makes it so easy to make a few strawberries at a time. Freshly Made Sketch & New Products

     I needed to get my creative juices flowing so I went in search of a new sketch. I stumbled across this blog Freshly Made Sketches , their sketches are right up my alley, I love their clean and simple style. Usually, I just jot down the sketch and go along my merry way. But this time I decided to actually play along.      I also happened to get my box of NEW Stampin' Up! goodies this week so I have incorporated those as well. Being a SU! demo I get to order a few items from the upcoming idea book and catalog. So I ordered a set of the new In Colors and a couple of the new colors being introduced.      Well, here is the Freshly Made Sketch #84, FMS84, and my first ever challenge version of it. I used three new colors Strawberry Slush, Baked Brown Sugar and the re-introduced Soft Sky. The fluffy flower is made from the Creped Filter Paper, just $2.95 a package.
