I'm Happy Stampin'

I love the projects featured on the front of the 2011-2012 Idea Book and Catalog, so I just had to re-create them. Here is my rendition of those projects using two of the new 2011-2013 In Colors, Wisteria Wonder and Island Indigo. I will post a tutorial on the flowers soon. Here is a look at the new color Pool Party In Color for 2011-2013. I made this cute little box to hold some 3x3 notecards. The stamped flower you see on the front of the box is a new Hostess stamp set available this year. Below you will find the complete tutorial on this cute little number. *NEW HOSTESS PROGRAM* This year the hostess program has changed, in the past hostesses were able to pick a level stamp set and had additional hostess dollars to spend. This year hostesses are only given Hostess Dollars which they can use to purchase Hostess only sets at a deep discount or to use on catalog merchandise of their choice. In addition when a hostess reaches just $400 in orders she can choose an item in the catalog at 50% off! I am really excited about this new Hostess Program it is much more versatile. The pages on my blog are not currently working, the only thing you can access is the front page as well as the links. I apologize for the inconvenience. It should be up and running in the next couple of days. What happened is I upgraded my blog to be just www.ImHappyStampin.com and apparently it takes 3 days to transfer over. I had no idea. So, somewhere in the transition my pages are lost. Once the site is upgraded, you will still be able to find my website using the old address but the new one will also be in effect. Hopefully it makes it easier for people to find me. Happy 4th of July!

Here are some gift sets I gave to some parent helpers at school this past week. I got the pattern here , it is so easy to put together, I have used the pattern several times. They easily fit 4 note cards. The designer series paper I used is on the retirement list, so sad to see it go! These two sample are the same pattern only done in Pear Pizzazz.

Here is a sample of my class for this month. It features the Playful Polka Dots Simply Scrappin' Kit. The boxed set includes the adorable handle box and four cards with envelopes. You do receive 1/2 of the Simply Scrappin' kit with your class and you can actually make many more cards than the 4 shown. The cost for the class is $20. Today is the last day to RSVP but I will have kits available for those who cannot make the class. These will be available for pick-up after June 18th. Each kit comes with everything pre-cut and scored as well as detailed instructions for assembly.  Please see my classes section for more details. **Edited to add** The class starts at 10am, but this week I am offering a 9:30 start time as well. The summer months make for busy schedules so I am happy to start a half hour early. The class shouldn't be longer than 1 hour.
